• Prices may change from time to time without prior notice, but this will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.

• Payments must be completed at checkout using our secure payment options. If a payment fails, your order will not be processed.

3. Warehouse Fulfillment and Shipping

• All products are stored, packed, and shipped directly from our central warehouse.

• Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3 to 5 business days, making the total delivery time around 6 to 8 days.

• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier partners, bad weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

4. Product Information

• We do our best to show our products accurately, including colors, sizes, and descriptions. However, minor variations may happen due to screen settings or manufacturing batches.

• If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery.

5. Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within two (2) calendar days of purchase by emailing us at zenvoras.in@gmail.com with your order number.

• If your order is cancelled after it has already shipped from our warehouse, we will issue a full refund, and you can keep the delivered item free of charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

• PAVO is not responsible for any indirect or unexpected damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

• Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific item or order in question.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
